WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Shipping

We are committed to getting your order delivered to you safely. We do our best to ship out orders within 24-hours. If the product requires a longer processing time, we will provide this information in the product description. We ship out all orders from our warehouse in Chicago, IL.  Our primary shipping couriers are USPS and FedEx. Lighter weight items (Under 1 lb.) will be shipped out via USPS First Class Mail with an estimated 2-3 business day delivery time within the United States. Expedited shipping is made through USPS Priority Mail with an average 2-day transit time within the United States. Heavier packages will be shipped out via FedEx Ground. All international shipments will be made using USPS First Class Mail International, or USPS Priority Mail International. Transit times and prices vary between countries. We will send out a shipment notification via email as soon as a product has been shipped containing the tracking number for your package.

Returns

We are committed to providing top notch support on every product we sell. Our standard return policy on our products is 30-days from the date of receipt. Within this timeframe, the product may be returned to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. We calculate the timeframe by using the date that the shipping company confirms the item has been delivered to you. To request a return, please visit the "Contact Us" page of our website. To arrange a return, please send us your name, order number, product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return. We will typically reply within 24-hours with further return instructions. All products being returned to us must be in "like new" condition and contain all original components including the product box and manuals. Please be sure to package all items securely. We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit being returned to us. Please note that we do not accept returns for open screen protectors.  


Order Cancellations:

We will make all efforts to cancel any order prior to shipment when possible. Please note that once an order is placed through our website, we are unable to guarantee any order cancellations prior to shipment. If the order has been shipped, we are glad to arrange a return for a refund once the shipment has been delivered.

Non Defective Products:

Any return on a non-defective product will incur a 10% restocking fee unless store credit or an exchange is being issued. We are more than happy to allow you to exchange your unit for a different product at no additional charge. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Defective Products:

If a product is found to have any defect within 30 days from the date of receipt please contact us. In the case of a defect, we can either exchange the unit or issue a full refund.


Manufacturer's Warranty:

Most of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty covering any manufacturer's defects once the 30-day return period has expired. The timeframe of the warranty varies between products and is typically listed in the product description. To make a warranty claim to have your product repaired or replaced, please visit the "Contact Us" page on our website. We will need your name and order number to open up a warranty claim. A member from our warranty claim's team will typically reply to your request within 24-hours.
